In December 2018 MDSS released Feature Pack 2019 for the popular Research Tracker II database system. This release adds the ability to create rolling 7 day database backups automatically..
Coupled with previous year's additions purging bad email addresses, built in email blasting and email confirmations has made Research Tracker II an even more valuable tool in managing marketing research projects.
These new features are included with new purchases of the Research Tracker II system, and available at no additional cost to existing clients under an Extended Service Agreement.
