The owners and principles of MDSS are:
Dale A. Pellman, founder and President.
Dale holds an MA Degree in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno. Prior to founding MDSS, he gained more than 15 years business experience in the areas of forecasting and analysis, as well as database design and management. Mr. Pellman is a former employee of several major manufacturing firms including GE Major Appliances, Thomson Consumer Electronics (formerly RCA), and Northrop Corp. Aircraft Division. He has also served as a consultant to the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers and the Electronic Industries Association.
Kathy Pellman, Vice President.
Kathy holds an MS Degree in Planning and an MS Degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California. In 1996 she joined MDSS, bringing 10 years experience in the area of not for profit management, program planning, and marketing.
The MDSS professional staff is augmented by select contract resources.
